Complete containerized EPS shape moulding and wall element production system for sale.
The system is designed for the production of EPS wall elements measuring 500 × 400 × 1200 mm with a compressive strength of 100 kPa.
The main machine is a THERMO-RING TR-THR-1200 vertical moulding press, manufactured in 2019. The machine is equipped with touchscreen control and offers manual and automatic operating modes.
The automatic production cycle includes:
material filling, shape moulding, cooling and finished product ejection.
The system includes the steam supply, vacuum system, pneumatic control system, process tanks, piping, control cabinet and auxiliary equipment shown in the photos.
