The 400 mm tracked undercarriage enables the machine to move easily across challenging and uneven construction sites, while remote control operation provides enhanced convenience and ease of use for the operator. The discharge height can also be hydraulically adjusted, allowing it to be quickly adapted to different stockpiling requirements.
The conveyor's feed hopper, which is the initial contact point for material transfer onto the belt, is reinforced with 6 mm-thick bolted wear liners. These wear liners can be easily removed and replaced when worn. Driven by two coupled motors, the conveyor provides continuous and controlled material transfer, while its hydraulically foldable body facilitates transportation and installation.
Another major advantage of the TBC-F 100-24 is its compact design, which allows the machine to fit inside a standard shipping container when folded, significantly simplifying transportation.
